Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Odessa

We had a great stay at Fairfield in Odessa Texas. Manager Maricruz Zamora runs a very nice Fairfield. Nizoni, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. After cleaning all surfaces with disinfecting wipes as we arrived in the room, it was evident that the room was very clean. The room was very large with a microwave and refrigerator. Very comfortable beds and bedding. The shower had dispensers of very nice Alice + Co Eucalyptus & Lavender shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast had many options and we really loved the Red Velvet waffles. Attendant Dairemys kept it replenished and clean with a friendly smile. Parking was plentiful. Lots of restaurants and a huge Walmart are nearby. After our experience, we decided to stay here in December for our return trip.

From the room we were in, one could hear the person in the room above walking around because of squeaky floorboards. Otherwise, the room was really nice and clean.

Great place for a good nights rest! The staff is very helpful and attentive! I had a booking issue with a different booking website and the hotel staff here helped me get everything sorted out.

I had a pleasant stay at the Fairfield Inn Odessa. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, which made my visit enjoyable from the start. My room was clean and comfortable, meeting all of my needs perfectly. One thing I noticed was that the side entrance had quite a few cigarette butts in the evening, but I appreciated that it was thoroughly cleaned by the next morning. It's clear they put effort into maintaining the property.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Internet was not working all night.

Passing through January 10th we were assigned an ADA room on the first floor. Which we didn't request or need. Working with Henrietta at the front desk, she was professional, kind and efficient and got us reassigned to a different room, and, while a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable with a nicer view.

The staff is great and very helpful from checking in to checking out. Very clean and nice size rooms. Great location.

Our Peterbilt broke down on our way to California. Truck was in the shop Waaay longer than we expected. ( a whole week! ) Rooms are scarce with all the oilfield workers. FORTUNATELY, we had a friend in the area staying at this hotel. He was able to get us a room! We were also able to keep adding to the days we needed it...since we had no idea when our truck would be ready. The staff was amazing! The room was very nice. I loved having a bathtub! LOL They have lots of microwave meals, drinks and snacks available to purchase. ( so you don't have to go anywhere) There also was a grocery store within walking distance as well as a yummy pizza place. A really nice stay... even though it was a bad situation. If we're ever in the area... we'd definitely stay here again.
